Credit cards will not be charged until your business is approved. If you are not accepted, you will receive an email stating this and you will not be charged.

1. Cost covers both days of the Christmas Market and you must commit to both Saturday & Sunday.
2. The vendor accepts all liability for federal, state and local taxes related to the operation on the said event.
3. Saturday Set-Up: You may come on Saturday, December 6 between 7a-11a to set up your space.
4. All tents are required to be weighted for the safety of other vendors and guests. Weights should be 25 lbs on each corner.
5. All vendors are required to be at their display to sell items during all show hours on Saturday and Sunday December 6, 11a-4p & 7, 11a-3p. Please DO NOT PACK UP EARLY! If a vendor packs up early, you will not be accepted into future events.
6. Vendors displays may not exceed the allotted booth space of 10x10. Promotion of your display items may not infringe upon other vendors.
7. All vendors are required to remove their booth by 4 pm on Sunday, December 7. Vendors are required to remove all items, materials, equipment, and waste from your area upon take-down.
8. Altering of the Flinchbaugh’s Orchard & Farm Market property is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the building or equipment provided will the be the financial responsibility of the vendor.
9. Flinchbaugh’s Orchard & Farm Market does not assume responsibility for any vendor’s items at any time. All items and equipment brought onto Flinchbaugh’s Orchard & Farm Market premises shall be done at the risk of the vendor.
10.Raffle ticket sales are not permitted by any vendor.
11. The use of electric heaters is prohibited. Kerosene or propane heaters are welcome.
12. This is a rain or shine event. However, in the event of an extreme weather situation (blizzard, flooding, etc), we do reserve the right to cancel a single day or full event. We will do everything we can to avoid this. A decision would be made by Friday 12p prior to the event. Details would be sent via email you registered under. If the event is fully canceled (both days), your registration fee would be used towards a future event (Spring or Christmas 2025).
13. Please help advertise the event. Communication will sent throughout October and November to help you share with your following.
16. Vendor is responsible for their own cellular service, WiFi is not provided.
